Don't post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the administrator of our program FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always CLEAR the thing with the administrator.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

Starlight Capital Plus SCP reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.

PLANS CHANGE REQUEST

All Plan are not changeable once you invested in any plan, forexample : you invested in plan 1 after invested you want to change your invested amount to other plan its not possible, but you can make new Invest in other Package at anytime.

REFUND POLICY

All Investment Packages are non-refundable as they are instantly delivered upon purchase. Investment Capital will be back to investors back office in My investment completed section after 12 months contract period. We document records of all orders, transactions and ip addresses. We also make the terms of service visible within every page of the website. You also agreed to these terms upon registering and everytime you login to the site as shown; register page and within the login page.

In case user opens dispute against SCP for a purchased item, it will lead to immediate account suspension and your ip being banned on the server.

SIGNED AGREEMENTS

This Agreement is accepted as a web based document and doesn’t need to be signed. Investor’s profile opening with the website of the Company Starlight Capital Plus means automatic acceptance by the Investor all clauses of this agreement as well as general terms and conditions, published on the website and regarded as integral part of the present Agreement.
